What is TON?
π Blockchain from the Telegram team attracted billions of dollars and acquired a large community. The platform was supposed to be a solution in fight against censorship, but the plans were not destined to come true, and already in May 2020. Under the terms of a settlement agreement with the SEC, Telegram exits development and transfer the project to the open source community.
Now our project called The Open Network (TON) β it is an ecosystem that will unite blockchains, applications and services to create a new Internet: open and decentralized.
The new TON has already some integration into Telegram through alternative applications and bots: @CryptoBot, @wallet and many others.
Soon everyone will be talking about this project, but now you have a chance to take a part at shaping the future of the decentralized Internet.
